dispersal solutions Estate SALE Services allows those waiting in line entry to the sale on a first come first serve basis. The doors open no earlier than the advertised time.
Based upon discretion, safety & the size of the home, dispersal solutions may limit number of people allowed into the home at one time.
Shopping the Sale
There will be plenty of staff to assist you. Please bring your own open boxes & totes (we will try to provide some). dispersal solutionsprovides a holding area near the Cash Desk. If it is not possible for you to carry an item we will mark it “SOLD” and provide you with a slip for checkout. All items are sold as-is. We offer no guarantees, refunds or exchanges. All items purchased are “You-Haul”.We don’t supply loading assistance BUT we often have a Moving & Delivery service available by appointment. All items must be removed by end-of SALE.
Items, Prices & Purchasing
Are ONLY available at the Estate SALE. HST is collected at all of our Estate SALES Cash, Credit Cards (min. amounts) & Cheques (by discretion) are accepted
Pricing
We price all items as fairly and reasonably as possible. In general... prices are not negotiable on the first day/part of the SALE. Negotiating always depends on How Much, What & When you are buying! Some items may not be reduced in price based on our discretion and our Clients end goal.
More about the Bid System
WRITTEN OFFERS are accepted on items over $250.00. Fill-out the BID CARDS with your information and offer amount then place it INTO the BID BOX located ONLYat the Cash Desk. All bids must be at least 50% of the price marked (i.e., on a $500 item the minimum bid would be $250). Successful bidders will be notified the evening prior to the last day of the SALE. The winning bidder must make arrangements to pay for the item by 9:00am the next morning or the item will be offered to the next highest bidder or placed back in the SALE. _________________________________________
