My house is for sale; should I wait for it to sell before having an Estate Sale? |
Why pass up free marketing? Bear in mind that having an estate sale can perhaps bring thousands of people through the home over any given weekend.

I have too much stuff!?! |
...for dispersal solutions - not ever, we have specially designed all of our services to conquer the “insurmountable”.

What should I do to get ready for a sale? |
First, be sure all of the legalities are completed. If there has been a death in the family, make sure that you have legal title and full authority to sell. Make certain that all disbursements to heirs have either already be made or that they are clearly marked prior to our consultation. If you are in the midst of a divorce or bankruptcy liquidation be sure that you talk to legal counsel before calling us. Any liens or encumbrances are solely your responsibility.
Second, please dispose of nothing! ‘Stay away’ from the dumpster and the thrift shop — PLEASE. (Let us decide what us unsellable – most times we are even surprised at what sells!)
Third, know and be ready to show us any and all items you do not want us to sell before we sign a contract.

|
What are the costs to have my Estate Sale conducted by dispersal.solutions? |
No up-front costs! dispersal solutions pays the expenses for the entire sale out of pocket and is reimbursed from the sale's gross proceeds. The commission rate paid is calculated on a sliding scale based on the gross amount of money generated by your sale. |
|
May I be present for or attend the sale itself? |
Sorry, but the answer is an unequivocal “no.” We gladly offer a “family only” preview though. The reason for this is because family members inadvertently ‘get underfoot’, become emotional, and/or become irritated by having ‘the public’ in the family home. This situation can also make it very uncomfortable for the customers of the Sale
